Tangled and True is a parenting blog that aims to bring women and mothers together by celebrating all that makes our lives happy and healthy. Tangled and True places a focus on the modern, simple, pretty and organic. Daily posts include brilliant product finds and reviews, recipes, crafts, current events, and personal experiences.. as well as monthly giveaways and virtual baby showers. If it makes our lives happy, we share.

Tangled and True loves to support mother/women-run products and services that prove non-mainstream. We aren't compensated for our reviews, but rather are mothers that love to share finds that make motherhood a bit easier and plenty enjoyable.

I'm Brittany Birnel, writer and editor.  I, too, am a real mother {27} to Lily and Stella. We are currently living in Bend, Oregon, a beautiful little town in Central Oregon. I grew up in Vancouver, Washington just outside of Portland so we've ended up not too far from home. I love traveling, adventure and time with family and friends. I love the simple pleasures that strung together make up a happy life and enjoy sharing those simple pleasures with you.
